Jude Bellingham was outstanding yet again as he helped England qualify for the Euros last night, and he has now thanked Carlo Ancelotti for helping him develop.
The 20-year-old was awarded another Man of the Match award as England beat Italy 3-1, and his incredible attacking dynamism was on full display yet again.
Bellingham’s start to life at Real Madrid has been sensational, with 10 goals in 10 games, and he has praised Ancelotti for the role he has played in his development.
Bellingham praises Ancelotti
Speaking to Channel 4 following the match at Wembley Stadium, Bellingham claimed that the freedom he gets in attacking areas has been a big factor in his success.
“I am loving football at the minute. My management at club and country are giving me freedom to play it how I see it,” he stated.
“Since the last few months I have been really working on my timing getting into the box and as I am arriving I am arriving with a big hunger.
“With the big transfer the fact is I have to deliver, whether it is a goal or assist or a match-winning performance.
“This is the club I want to be at for the next 10 to 15 years of my life. I am loving it there. Carlo basically said this position is where he sees me.
“One hundred per cent [it improves you]. When you are around those mentalities and quality of players every day, it takes you to a new level mentally, physically and technically.”
Ancelotti’s genius move

No one, possibly not even Bellingham himself, could have predicted that Bellingham would be this good so early on in his Real Madrid career.
Many questioned where Real Madrid’s goals would come from after Karim Benzema departed and the club failed to sign Kylian Mbappe, but Bellingham has proven to be the perfect solution.
It was a genius move from Carlo Ancelotti to play him at the tip of a diamond, in order to keep him closer to the opposition goal, and this has now meant his output is higher than it has ever been.
Bellingham is in the form of his life and this is translating to his international displays. If he can keep this up throughout the season, then he will give Los Blancos and England a great chance of success.
